A recent study by Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and published in the Journal of Headache Pain shows that people who consume high amounts of caffeine suffer more ‘occasional’ headaches than those people who consume a low amount of caffeine.

More just released research confirms that reducing chronic tension in the tight muscles of the head significantly reduces the frequency and severity of migraine headaches. This is good news for headache sufferers, the picture is getting clearer. If anyone wants to reduce or eliminate chronic headaches they should start by relaxing the muscles of the jaw, face, head, neck and shoulders.

We ran across an article about surgery for chronic headaches that don’t respond to medication. Since many, many headaches do not respond to many, many medications we feel this is an extreme and mis-guided solution. There really are better ways to deal with chronic headaches!
