Is my headache a chronic headache?

Donna P is currently taking our mini e-Class about the natural headache prevention mindset and had a two part question.

Q: “I’m not sure how I signed up for this class, but I am always looking for information that will help me prevent my migraines.  I’m not sure if this class will benefit me because although I do get one or two migraines a week, I’m not sure if this is what you consider chronic headaches as your information mentions. ”

A: Absolutely Donna, your headaches would benefit from this approach. What we mean by chronic headaches are headaches that occur more than once a month that don’t respond quickly to over the counter drugs like aspirin and ibuprofen. Most people get occasional headaches that go away easily.

Q: “I am open to new ideas and would much rather prevent my migraines than just treat them.  However, at this point I feel your emails have told me something without really telling me anything.  You don’t need to convince me that many of the traditional treatments are not always effective, and at this point I would like to see what direction your treatment is heading toward.  I hope you understand I just don’t want to waste either your time or mine.”

A: It is great that even though you continue to experience chronic headaches you’re still searching for ways to prevent them, you’re one of those courageous people who continue to search despite what you have tried in the past. We know how easy it is to become discouraged and give up. So, continue your free mini e-Class because it goes beyond just discussing treatments that don’t work, it will actually give you important principles of a natural headache approach. The mini e-Class is an introduction to what is coming soon; a step by step blueprint to natural headache relief and prevention.
