Natural headache treatments are much better. When people rely on pain killers for chronic conditions such as headaches it can lead to so many other problems. Even just taking aspirin if done for long periods of time can lead to intestinal bleeding. I just wanted to leave a post to tell you that is refreshing to see someone else that is promoting a natural solution for headaches, since most headaches have a mechanical cause. I would have to agree that the majority of people with headaches could be helped by addressing the mechanical causes such as muscle tension, joint alignment and posture. Great article.
